My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but a bit too warm for my liking. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and kind. The location was convenient, offering easy access to the main center of Merida. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the happy hour at the exclusive lounge. The facilities were great, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right in the city center with fabulous views and complimentary beer and wine with tapas. The rooms were clean and comfy, but I did find some hairs around the toilet area, which was a bit off-putting. The dining experience was delicious, especially during happy hour with selected beer and appetizers!
The hotel had a large and super clean room, but it was a bit dated and noisy when the kids woke up. I enjoyed the pool area and indoor jacuzzi. Overall, it provided a peaceful stay with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel offers a pleasant stay with clean rooms, upscale amenities, and a very comfortable bed. The morning buffet breakfast, mid-day tea, and late afternoon refreshments add a nice touch.
